SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information:

All orders are dispatched through Shiprocket or other designated courier partners, aiming for a door-to-door service. Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be sent via SMS and email. The standard dispatch timeline is 3-5 days, with delivery expected within 5-7 days from the payment date, varying by location. Please note that these are estimated times, and a percentage of shipments may experience delays.

Processing orders takes some time, but we are continually working to expedite the shipping process.

Note: Transit times may experience delays due to the high volume of shipments during natural calamities like monsoon rains.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges vary based on the delivery pin code and the weight of the products. Local pick-up options are available for residents of Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Faridabad. For local pick-up, you can either collect the products in person from our office or opt for a paid Porter delivery.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Email us at namoenterprises1201@gmail.com with your order number for assistance. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Delayed Shipment:

Shiprocket’s courier partners attempt delivery three times. Ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Damaged Shipment:

We put an extra effort while packing of material. We will not take any responsibility of the damage caused by the Courier company. However, we have made a policy for various scenarios. Please go through that. 

Lost Shipments:

To deem a parcel lost, 30 working days from the shipped date must elapse. In such cases, contact namoenterprises1201@gmail.com, and our team will initiate an investigation.
