RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please review our return policy below:

– All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date.
– Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process it for exchange within ten (10) days. You will be notified via email once the return is processed. Ensure that the product is sealed, unbroken, and unused, meeting specific criteria for certain items like glass jars and fragrance oil bottles.

EXCHANGE

We only replace defective or damaged items. Provide an unboxing video as proof. Contact customer service at 8376900770 for exchange arrangements.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation is accepted within 24 hours. You’ll be notified of the cancellation via email. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving your return, we’ll notify you of its status. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Allow for processing time, and if delays persist, contact your card company or bank.
